Booking, Changes & Cancellations

A Non refundable deposit is required for all booking. A minimum of 24hs notice is required to cancel or change the appointment otherwise 30% of the full treatment will be charged. No shown or cancellations made on the day will be charge in full.

Full payment in advance is required for treatments more than 75 minutes.

More than 10 minutes late without a notice will count as non shown.
